Check out https://lamontcounty.ca/churchtour (Lamont County is the Church Capital of North America with more than 40 historical churches per capita) and https://www.lamontcounty.ca/visitors/county-history. There are a few items that usually get missed of historical significance (besides the churches and some historic gravesites) – this includes a plow memorial for the first Ukrainian settlers to Canada (why we are the Cradle of Ukrainian Settlement in Canada, a number of historic roads, two train (collision tragedy) memorials , Moscow Rural School Site memorial, Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto/Skaro Shrine (100+ years of historic pilgrimages; built by Polish settlers in 1919), the original 125 Ukrainian Settlers families plaque outside of Lamont County’s Admin. bldg.

The towns and villages, Elk Island National Park and Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village also have multiple items and displays of historic significance, including for example, Mundare Basilian Fathers Museum, or the many site and items at UCHV recognizing Ukrainian history in Alberta and Canada – and it would be good to reach out specifically to the towns and villages for other specifics.
